Bethany is a yoga teacher, facilitator, and creative based in Western Massachusetts. Her teaching style blends several mind-body techniques, creating experiences that are choice-based, nervous-system-friendly, and designed for real people living real lives. She’s passionate about holistic health and self-expression, is unapologetically latte-obsessed, and laughs waaaay too hard at dad jokes.
